Debunking an islamophobic video

My attention was directed to a Youtube video, entitled "Aggressive Muslims", which appears to show young Arabic men refusing food and water given to them by police in Hungary. Why were these men apparently refusing humanitarian aid?

A quick search revealed a possible context - a stand-off between Hungarian police and refugees, when the police stopped a train with refugees trying to leave Hungary:

Some of the refugees went on hunger strike (refusing food and water), protesting because they did not want to be sent to the Rozke refugee camp. Conditions in the camp are said to be “abysmal” - “The detainees at Röszke are held in filthy, overcrowded conditions, hungry and lacking medical care,” said Peter Bouckaert, HRW Emergencies Director, citing video footage and interviews with people who had passed through the camp or were still there.

What's actually shown in the Youtube clip is a stand-off between refugees who want to leave Hungary and police who are attempting to send them to an internment camp. Freedom of movement and the right to leave a country are fundamental human rights (Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 13).
